Most of our pieces are made to order, and production times vary depending on the design and availability of materials. Please note that it may take up to four weeks to dispatch your order. If you require a rush order, contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Customizable Keepsake Gem

Inclusion Options:
- Yes: You need to ship a tablespoon of materials to customize the keepsake jewellery. Acceptable inclusion includes hair, ashes, sand, dried flowers. Please feel free to consult with us regarding any other inclusions that you may want to include in your keepsake gem.
- No: You don't need to include any customize materials for the jewellery.

Available colours:
- Natural: The colours of your gem may vary depending on the materials you send, and we do not add anything else. For example, black cat fur will not result in a pink gem.
- Opal-like: Choose from 6 colours: #1 White, #2 Gold, #3 Blue, #4 Green, #5 Pink, #6 Silver. The colour of your gem is the combination of your material and the chosen opal-like colour.
- None colours: The gem will be transparent without any inclusions.

Process
​
Once you place your order on the keepsake gem, we will provide you with the address to send your materials and shipping instructions. Please note that you are responsible for mailing the materials. We only require a tablespoon of material and any excess will be returned with your finished keepsake piece. Please keep in mind that due to the highly hand-crafted nature and the variety of finishing options available, each piece will be one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly from others.
